Terms & Conditions

These Loyalty Discount Terms & Conditions apply to all customers who receive an official Siomic Comics loyalty promo code.

🔹 1. Eligibility

The loyalty discount is available only to customers who have been officially notified by Siomic Comics.

Eligibility is determined by Siomic Comics based on purchase history and engagement.

🔹 2. Discount Value

The loyalty promo code provides 15% off eligible purchases.

The discount applies only when the promo code is entered at checkout.

🔹 3. Non‑Cumulative

The loyalty discount cannot be combined with any other promotional codes, sales, bundle offers, or automatic discounts.

If multiple discounts apply, the highest value discount will be used.

🔹 4. Validity Period

The promo code is valid from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026, unless otherwise stated in the customer’s notification.

Expired codes cannot be reactivated.

🔹 5. Eligible Products

The discount applies to comics, manga, graphic novels, and eligible merchandise listed on siomiccomics.com.

Certain limited editions, preorders, or event‑exclusive items may be excluded at Siomic Comics’ discretion.

🔹 6. Usage Limits

The promo code is non‑transferable and may only be used by the customer account it was issued to.

One code per customer account.

Misuse may result in cancellation of the discount.

🔹 7. Returns & Refunds

If items purchased with the loyalty discount are returned, refunds will reflect the discounted price paid, not the full retail price.

Promo codes will not be reissued after a return.

🔹 8. Changes & Updates

Siomic Comics reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the loyalty discount program at any time.

Any changes will not affect purchases already completed.

🔹 9. General

Usual Siomic Comics Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy apply to all purchases.

By using the promo code, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
