Description: More like a book than a magazine, illustrators is the art quarterly devoted to the finest illustration art ever published. With its unique blend of art and insight, it guides you through the stories behind the artists and their art, with features written by some of the leading authorities on this important art form. Issue 52 - All Heroes and Superheroes features Spanish artist Das Pastoras whose work has covered many genres from fantasy to science-fiction, humour to superheroes and recently created illustrations to some classic books. We meet Liam Sharp, a multi-talented artist who has worked in comics, illustration, created art software and written books. Next stop is Kevin Nowlan an artist whose work as an inker is much in demand by some of the most popular artists, but is a very talented artist who pencils, inks, letters and colours his own comics.
